人乳头瘤病毒检测的临床意义研究进展

Research progress about clinical significance of HPV detection

人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)是世界上最常见的性传播病毒,与其关系最密切、目前研究最多的是子宫颈良性疣及子宫颈癌。随着其感染普遍性的增加,HPV与身体其他多部位的病变甚至癌的密切关系均被发现并引起关注。早期发现HPV感染,从而将疾病抑制在可控阶段,成为了医学诊疗任务的当务之急,HPV的检测在临床上的重要意义不言而喻,本文就HPV检测临床意义的研究进展做了综述。

Human papillomavirus（HPV） is the most common sexually transmitted virus of the world, at present, what have the most closely relationship with HPV and is studied most are the warts and the cancer of cervix. With the increase of its infection universality, the close relationship between HPV and the lesion or even cancer occur in many other parts of the body were found and caused concern. Early detected the HPV infection, so as to inhibit the disease under control, has become a task priority of medical diagnosis and treatment. The clinical significance of HPV testing is self-evident, the research progress of the clinical significance about HPV detection were reviewed in this paper.
