不同种子处理方法对文冠果发芽率和优质苗产量的影响

Effects of Different Seed Germination Treatment Methods on Seed Germination Rate and the Quality Seedling Production of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge

[目的]研究不同种子催芽处理方法对文冠果种子发芽率的影响。[方法]通过对比试验,探讨了不同种子处理方法对文冠果发芽率和优质苗产量的影响。[结果]结果表明,不同的种子催芽处理方法对文冠果发芽率影响显著,混沙埋藏低温处理最佳,万不得已时采用温水浸种乃至干播。混沙埋藏低温处理种子,发芽率高,可提高文冠果Ⅰ、Ⅱ级合格苗木质量和出苗率。[结论]混沙埋藏低温处理是文冠果种子最佳的催芽处理。

[Objective] The aim was to study the effects of different seed germination treatment methods on seed germination rate of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge. [Method] The effects of different seed germination treatment methods on seed germination rate and the quality seedling production of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge were studied, by contrast test. [Result] The results showed that different seed germination processing method of Xanthoceras sorbifolia influenced the germination rate significantly.The mixed sand burial of low temperature treatment was the best method, as a last resort, by soaking in warm water and dry sowing, the germination rate of treatment with low temperature sand buried seeds was high.It could improve the quality of grade II of Xanthoceras sorbifolia seedlings and seedling emergence rate.[Conclusion] The mixed sand burial of low temperature treatment was the best method for accelerating germination of Xanthoceras sorbifolia Bunge.
