大学生创业意向行为转化的过程分析

Analyzing the Process of the Transformation of Entrepreneurship Intention to Action in College Students

本文以马克思主义认识论、计划行为理论、态度改变理论等相关理论为基础,通过构建大学生创业意向行为转化过程的系统模型,分析转化的四个运行阶段,总结转化过程内在运行的三种机理,旨在对大学生创业意向行为转化这一过程进行深入分析。

Studying the transformation of etitrepreneurship intention into action is the demand of the development of theories about entrepreneurship, as well as the demand of development of practice of innovation and entrepreneurship in China. The current paper based on Marx＇s Epistemology, the theory of planning behavior, and the theory of attitude change, established a systematic model of the process of the transformation of entrepreneurship intention into action in college students. According to the model, there are four stages during the transformation, and three mechanisms hat behand the innate process.
