摘要
目的:研究知母水层的化学成分。方法:利用大孔吸附树脂、反相ODS柱色谱结合高效液相技术对知母水层进行分离纯化,并根据波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从知母水层中分离出5个化合物,分别鉴定为L-脯氨酸(1),L-缬氨酸(2),亮氨酸(3),异亮氨酸(4),色氨酸(5)。结论:化合物1~4为首次从百合科中分离得到,化合物5为首次从知母属中分离得到。
Objective: To investigate the chemical constituents of water fraction from Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. Methods: The compounds were separated re raphies as well as high performance liquid c spectral data. Results : Five compounds were isolated from the rhizomes of Anemarrhena asphodeloides Bge. They were identified as L - proline ( 1 ), L - valine (2), leucine (3), isoleucine (4) and tryptophan ( 5 ). Conclusion : Compounds 1 -4 are isolated from Liliaceae for the first time, and the compound 5 is firstly isolated from Anemarrhena Bge.
