基于数据挖掘技术的中国古代抑郁症医案用药规律分析

Analysis of Medication Regularity of Ancient Chinese Medical Records for Treating Depression Based on Data Mining Technology

目的:挖掘中国古代抑郁症医案的用药规律。方法:选取中国古代40部医案古籍,搜集整理这些医案中与治疗抑郁症相关的中药记载,将其纳入数据库,利用统计学聚类分析和关联分析方法对其进行数据挖掘分析。结果:研究整理的中国古代抑郁症医案中使用方剂150条,中药200种,用药总频数为2 370次。结果:核心单味药依次为香附、甘草、茯苓、半夏、生姜、白芍、栀子、苍术、陈皮、当归、白术、柴胡、川芎等;治疗抑郁症医案中以理气药、补虚药、清热药、化痰止咳平喘药等为主要功效的药物为主;药性以温、寒、平为主;药味以辛、苦、甘为主;归经以脾、肺、胃、肝、心、肾为主。关联分析结果显示了中药间的关联情况,得出药对的频繁项集。结论:从中国古代抑郁症医案得出的数据挖掘信息,丰富了抑郁症的历史文献研究,也对治疗抑郁症新药的研发和临床治疗提供目标和思路。

Objective：To analyze the medication regularity of ancient Chinese medical records for treating depression. Methods： 40 medical records in ancient China were selected. Chinese medicine records in the treatment of depression were collected and arranged and database was established, and the medication rule was analyzed with statistical method and data mining technology. Results ： 150 pieces of TCM prescription against depression were collected, which involved 200 kinds of herbs, and total frequency of medication use reached 2370 times. Core herbs in proper order were Cyperus, Licorice, Poria cocos, Pinellia, Ginger, Radix paeoniae alba, Gardenia, Rhizoma atractylodis, dried tangerine peel, Angelica, Atractylodes, Radix bupleuri, Rhizoma ligustici wallichii, etc; drugs for the treatment of depression were mainly of Qiregulating, tonic, heat clearing and phlegm eliminating, cough and asthma relieving effect; the properties of the herbs were mainly warm, cold and peace ; the herbs were mainly of acrid, bitter and sweet; the meridians entered were mainly spleen, lung, stomach, liver, heart and kidney. The results of correlation analysis showed the association between Chinese medicine and the frequent itemsets of drugs. Conclusion： The data mining information derived from the ancient Chinese depression medical records enriches the research literature on depression and also provides goals and ideas for the development of anti - depression drugs and the clinical therapy.
