摘要 设计干、湿串联运行的复合式冷却塔,对其换热性能及能耗做了研究,并进行了复合式冷却塔与闭式冷却塔的耗水性能对比以及能耗对比研究。实验结果表明,复合式冷却塔换热效果受截面风速影响较大,综合换热效果在截面风速为3.5 m/s时达到最佳;在截面风速处于2.5~4.5 m/s时,复合式冷却塔的翅片管大大增强了闭式冷却塔的换热效果;复合式冷却塔与闭式冷却塔同负荷下,由于复合式冷却塔的翅片管承担了部分负荷,因此能够减少循环喷淋水量以及循环喷淋水的蒸发,虽然翅片管使得阻力增加,但循环喷淋水量的减少使得水对空气的流动阻力减小,因此复合式冷却塔总阻力稍有增加。 In order to research the heat exchange performance and energy consumption of the hybrid cooling tower and have a comparison about water and energy consumption between the closed cooling tower and the hybrid cooling tower,a brand new hybrid cooling tower is designed. The result indicates that the heat exchange of the hybrid cooling tower is heavily influenced by the wind'speed and the best condition happens at the speed of 3.5 m/s. When the wind'speed is in 2.5 m/s-4.5 m/s, the finned tubes of the hybrid cooling tower contribute much to the heat exchange of the closed cooling tower. Under the same load condition, the total and evaporation of circulation sprinkling water are both reduced because of the bear of finned tubes.Though finned tubes enhance the air friction, the reduction of sprinkling water can reduce the air friction. In consequence, the total friction of the hybrid cooling tower increases slightly.
