摘要
本文基于前期搭建的均匀送风系统试验台,将其风机反转,通过数值模拟和实验研究该构件在回风工况下的流量特性。实验结果表明,对于双侧回风工况,风机运行在50~10 Hz时,绝大部分风口的不平衡率均能维持在5%以内;对于单侧回风工况,风机配置与双侧回风相同,风机在25~15 Hz运行时,风口风量最大不平衡率小于7%,两种模式均可实现均匀回风。采用这种设计形式的构件,可大大降低变风量空调系统的调节工作量。
Based on the test bench of a previous built uniform air supply system, the flow characteristic of the duct component was investigated in the recirculated air condition when the fan was reversed. The experimental results show that the unbalance rate of most vent can maintain less than 5% under the condition of double side return air when the fan operated in 50~10 Hz; the maximum unbalance rate was less than 7% under the condition of unilateral return air when the fan configuration was the same as that of the double side return air and the fan operated in 25~15 Hz. Both modes can implement uniform air supply. This duct component can significantly reduce the adjustment work of the variable air volume air conditioning system.
