摘要
对印染丝光工艺碱液处理的机械蒸汽再压缩系统热力性能进行了研究,基于热力学第一定律建立了机械蒸汽再压缩系统的热分析模型,设计和建造了一套小型的机械蒸汽再压缩系统,对不同传热温差、不同蒸发温度以及不同出料浓度下的溶液蒸发量以及压缩机比功耗进行了理论计算及实验探究。
The research is focus on the thermal performance of mechanical vapor recompression(MVR) system for waste alkali liquid produced by polish process in printing and dyeing industry. A thermal performance analysis model is established based on the first law of thermodynamics and a small MVR system is designed and built. The influence of temperature difference, evaporating temperature and concentration of distillate on evaporation and compressor power consumption of unit evaporation is studied by the established model and experimental study.
