摘要
根据夏热冬暖地区的气候特征,分析了建筑外墙、屋顶和外窗围护结构的热工性能对能耗的影响。通过运用建筑节能分析软件PKPM,对设计建筑的整体能耗情况进行动态模拟计算,对比参照建筑量化各围护结构的节能效果,为以后广州地区的建筑物节能设计与改造提供参考。
According to the climate characteristics of Hot Summer and Warm Winter Zone, the energy consumption influenced by thermal performance of building palisade structure, such as wall, roof and window was analyzed. Based on building energy efficiency software PKPM, and compared with reference building and quantify energy efficiency rate, a reference for new buildings energy conservation as well as reconstruction of energy-saving for the established building in Guangzhou region was provided.
