羊毛织物的无染料汽蒸显色

摘要 基于羊毛纤维中的色氨酸与苯甲醛衍生物的显色机理,在强酸及耐酸性增稠剂条件下,使用对羟基苯甲醛(PHBA)反应单体为糊料,采用汽蒸法对羊毛纤维进行显色反应。研究了PHBA和硝酸质量分数,以及汽蒸时间对色泽变化的影响,并对显色后织物的染色牢度、断裂强度进行测试。结果表明:增加PHBA和硝酸质量分数,均能明显提高羊毛织物的色差值及彩度值,且汽蒸法大大缩短了显色时间。处理后的羊毛织物具有良好的水洗牢度、摩擦牢度和断裂强度。 Based on color developing mechanism of tryptophan of wool fiber and benzaldehyde derivatives, dye-free color development of wool fabric with steaming method is carried out using 4-hydroxy-benzaldehyde (PHBA)as the paste under the circumstance of strong acid and acid-resistant thickener. The effects of concentrations of PHBA and HNO3, and steaming time on the change in shade are stud- ied. The color fastness and breaking strength of wool fabric after color development are analyzed. The results indicate that the chromatic value and color saturation value are increased with the increase of PHBA and HNO2, concentrations. The time of color development is reduced greatly with steaming method. The treated wool fabric has good wash fastness, rubbing fastness as well as breaking strength retention.
