摘要
选用果胶酶和精练剂对纯棉针织物进行一浴两步法前处理和染色试验。研究结果表明,较佳处理工艺为:果胶酶2%(omf),精练剂2 g/L,果胶酶处理温度60℃,处理时间40 min,染料2%(omf)。在该工艺条件下对纯棉针织物进行一浴两步法染藏青色,染色后织物匀染性、毛效和色牢度都较好,可以达到染整加工的要求。
Pretreatment and dyeing of knitted cotton fabric are carried out in one-bath two-step process with pectinase and scouring agent. The results show that the optimum process is pectinase 2%（omf）, scouring agent 2 g/L, treating at 60℃ for 40 min, dye 2%（omf）. The levelness, color fastness and capillary effect of the dyed knits in navy are good.
