纺织品中有机卤化物的氧化裂解-离子色谱测定 被引量:4

Determination of organic halogen compounds in textiles by oxidative pyrolysis and ion chromotography method

摘要 以五氯苯酚(PCP)和六溴环十二烷(HBCD)为研究对象,开发了一种纺织品中有机氯化合物和有机溴化合物的氧化裂解-离子色谱检测方法。采用氧弹燃烧累积收集-离子色谱法对PCP进行检测,在样品加标质量浓度为10—1000μg/L范围内,样品的回收率为88.68%~106.58%,重复性和重现性试验的相对标准偏差RSD为8.80%-16.03%。采用单次氧弹燃烧-离子色谱法对HBCD进行检测,在样品加标质量浓度为100~1000μg/L范围内,样品的回收率为70.82%-110.08%;重复性和重现性试验的RSD为4.12%~16.75%。对其他有机氯和有机溴的验证性测试结果亦具有较高的回收率和可靠性。 A method is developed to determine the organic halogen compounds in textiles by oxidative pyrolysis and ion chromatography. Multiple oxygen bomb combustion-ion chromatography method is used to determine the amount of pentachlorophenol (PCP). The results show that within the concentration range of 10-1000μg/L, the recovery rate of spiked substances is between 88.68% and 106.58%. Under different spiked substances' concentration, the relative standard deviation is between 8.80% and 16.03%. And single oxygen bomb combustion-ion chromatography method is used to determine the amount of hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD). The results show that within the concentration range of 100-1 000 μg/L, the recovery rate of spiked substances is between 70.82% and 110.08%. Under different spiked substances' concentration, the relative standard deviation is between 4.12% and 16.75%. The confirmatory test results prove that the corresponding method has higher recoveries and reliabilities when determining the amount of different organic halogen compounds.
