幅角分配对大排量径向柱塞泵性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 针对应用多作用定子导轨结构的径向柱塞泵,通过对柱塞副在等加速运动规律定子曲线下的动力学分析,研究了不同幅角分配方案对泵性能的影响。研究结果表明:定子曲线的幅角分配对度加速度、度速度、压力角、缸体受力、接触应力等性能有很大的影响,且幅角分配不对称系数约等于2,等速区幅角值是等加速区幅角值的0.9—1倍时,泵的综合性能相对最佳;吸排油过程中油液速率的许用值和接触应力的最大值分别可以作为等速区和等减速区幅角设计的参考基准之一。 In this study, the dynamics of piston couples moving according to the equal-acceleration motion stator curve is analyzed. The purpose is to investigate the impact of argument distribution on performance of radial piston pump. The results show that the argument distribution according to the equal-acceleration motion curve has great influence on performances of pump such as the degree acceleration, the degree speed, the pressure angle, the cylin- der force and the contact stress. When the argument distribution asymmetry coefficient equals about 2, and the argument of equal-speed region is 0.9 - 1 times to that of equal-acceleration region, the pumpwould reach relatively the best comprehensive performance. And the allowable values of fluid rate in either suction or discharge process and the maximum contact stress value could be the reference for design of the arguments of equal velocity region and equal deceleration region, respectively.
