摘要
利用CFX流场仿真软件对非线性电液伺服阀进行流场仿真和可视化分析,并将仿真结果与理论计算结果进行对比分析。研究发现本产品在滑阀开度小于最大开度的18.8%时,输出流量呈线性变化;滑阀开度大于最大开度的18.8%时,由于节流作用,输出流量表现出非线性,逐渐趋于饱和。本研究对同类产品的设计及结构优化有一定的参考价值。
The flow field simulation and visualization analysis of nonlinear electrohydraulic servovalve are carried out by using CFX , flow field simulation software, comparing and analyzing the results of simulation and theoretical calculation. The study finds that the flow is linear with the sliders to the degree of less than 18.8 percent of the maximum opening; the flow is nonlinear and tends to be saturated due to throttle with the sliders to the degree of more than 18.8 percent of the maximum opening. The research has certain reference value for the design and struc- ture optimization of similar products.
