摘要
为确保自装卸运输车吊装机构作业时的稳定性和安全性,以其吊装机构为研究对象,提出一种同步液压系统设计方法。采用电液比例技术方案,对吊装机构同步液压系统进行设计计算,并完成相关液压元件的选型,为以后液压系统仿真和实际应用提供了参考依据。
To ensure the stability and security of self-handing trailers＇ lifting mechanism during operation, a design method of synchronous hydraulic system is put forward. The new control method based on electro-hydraulic proportional technology is adopted. Design and calculation of its synchronous hydraulic system and selection of relevant hydraulic components are completed. Reference is provided for the hydraulic system simulation and practical appli- cation in the future.
