斜井人车碰撞吸能元件的设计与分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对斜井人车在跑车时发生碰撞对车身及人员的损害情况,设计一种泡沫铝的薄壁管状吸能元件安装在斜井人车车头,在Abaqus软件中建立不同倾斜角度θ、诱导槽宽度B的吸能元件的三维模型,模拟仿真吸能元件在碰撞过程中的吸能效果,将碰撞过程中的比吸能作为评价吸能效果的指标,进行分析计算,利用Matlab拟合了不同倾斜角度、诱导槽宽度与吸能效果的函数关系式,得到吸能元件的最优角度、槽宽。 In view of the damage of the vehicle and personnel situation when inclined shaft man car collision, a kind of foam aluminum thin-walled tubular energy absorption components was designed to install it in the front of inclined shaft man car. Three-dimensional models of energy absorption components in different inclination angles theta, and suction slot width B were established in Abaqus software to simulate energy absorption effect in the process of collision. The specific energy absorption in the process of collision was set as evaluation index of energy absorption effect to take analysis and calculation. The functional expression between different inclination angles, groove width and energy absorption effect was fitted using Matlab,thus the optimal angle and groove width were obtained.
