摘要 基于滚压模具的成型原理,文中针对矩形平顶翅片散热带成型模具设计和制造周期长、制带质量不稳定、加工精度低的问题,分析成型模具参数,采用圆弧代替渐开线齿廓的方法,设计成型模具,通过试验数据分析误差,修正滚压模具,总结出影响矩形平顶翅片散热带成型质量的参数。结果表明圆弧替代法简单可行,成型模具加工方便,矩形平顶翅片成型质量稳定,满足精度要求。 The molding parameters were analyzed based on the rolling molding principles. This study aimed at the problems of long design and manufacturing cycle of rectangular flat fin radiator belt, unstable manufacturing quality and low machine accuracy. A method of circular arc substituting the involutes tooth profile was adopted on the design of mould. The errors were analyzed according to the test and the roller mould was modified. The parameters that affected the quality of rectangular flat fin radiator belt were concluded. The results showed that the arc substitution was simple and feasible, the forming mould was easily manufacturing, the quality of rectangular flat fin was stable and the accuracy requirement was satisfied.
