Design of a Database for Village-and-Town System in Severe Cold Zones

严寒地区的村镇发展面临绿色化转型迟滞、基础规划信息缺乏规范化收集与管理等问题,构建绿色镇村体系数据库系统有助于促进地区基础信息标准化、绿色发展引导内容的具体化、特色化和指标化。绿色镇村体系数据库系统采用B/S架构,多个村镇规划管理部门客户端可以同时访问、浏览并上传村镇数据,数据库采用My SQL软件,php My Admin作为服务器端数据库管理工具,定制村镇数据评估、空间分析、关键问题专项研究等系统模块,并提供镇村体系分析图及研究结果的输出、管理。

The villages and towns in severe cold zones face problems like sluggish green transformation and a lack of standardized collection and management of basic planning information. The establishment of a green village-andtown database system can help promote the standardization of basic information and the concretization,specialization and indexation of green development in severe cold zones. The database system uses B / S architectural pattern. The planning management departments of multiple villages and towns can access,view and upload data information of villages and towns at the same time. My SQL and php My Admin are used as database management tools in the database. Through this program,users can make a spatial analysis,evaluation and research of key issues on the villages and towns in severe cold zones with the use of system platform modules.
