摘要
我国集中式空调系统生物污染问题日益严重,亟待解决。本文通过对集中式空调系统生物污染特征、防控技术及标准规范文献调研,系统分析了集中式空调系统中易于滋生微生物的部件及原因、生物污染物种类及现状,对我国的集中式空调系统生物污染相关标准规范进行概述,并在理论基础和工程实践两方面概括总结集中式空调系统生物污染防控主要技术,提出了微波法将成为防控技术热门研究方向的观点,主张应按照规范以更严格的措施来监测和控制集中式空调系统生物污染。本文旨在为解决由集中式空调系统带来的建筑生物安全问题提供理论与技术支持。
The biological pollution of central air conditioning system has become more and more serious in China,which needs to be solved urgently. Based on an investigation of the literature related to the biological contamination features,prevention and control technologies and standards of central air-conditioning system,the components of central air-conditioning system where bacteria easily bred and the reasons,the biological pollutants species and present situation were systematically analyzed,China's relevant standards for the biological pollution of central airconditioning system outlined,and the key prevention and control technologies for the biological pollution of central air conditioning system were summed up based on theoretical and engineering practice. It was proposed that microwave method would become a hot research direction of control technology,and in accordance with the norms,we should take more stringent measures to monitor and control the biological contamination of central airconditioning system. This article aims to provide theoretical and technical support for the solving of building biological safety problems arising in central air conditioning system.
