中韩绿色建筑评价标准中节能条款的对比分析 被引量:4

Comparative Analysis of the Energy Conservation Clauses in Chinese and South Korean Green Building Evaluation Standards

摘要 比较分析中韩绿色建筑评价标准中的节能条款对于我国建筑节能有很强的借鉴指导意义。韩国《绿色建筑评价标准》(G-SEED)节能指标的评价依据为韩国《建筑节能设计标准》和韩国《建筑能源效率认证标准》,结合这两项标准及中韩两国的能源特征,详细介绍了G-SEED节能评价指标及评价方式,并将节能评价指标按照建筑与围护结构、供暖通风与空调、照明与电气、能量综合利用四部分与我国GB/T 50378-2014《绿色建筑评价标准》进行了分值权重的对比分析,发现韩国居住建筑注重建筑与围护结构,公共建筑注重照明节能与能源追踪记录,而我国的节能评价指标则更注重供暖、通风与空调系统,即设备与系统的选择与优化上,其权重甚至达韩国的2倍。 A comparative analysis of the energy conservation clauses in Chinese and South Korean green building evaluation standards has great reference and guiding significance to building energy efficiency in China. The evaluation of the energy saving indexes in G-SEED is dependent on South Korea's Building Energy Conservation Design Standard and Building Energy Efficiency Certification Standard. According to these two criteria and the energy characteristics of the two countries,this paper presented a detailed introduction to the energy-saving evaluation indexes and evaluation methods in G-SEED,and carried out a comparison in the score weight of building envelop structure,heating and ventilation and air-conditioning,lighting and appliance and total energy approach with China's Green Building Evaluation Standard GB / T 50378-2014. The result shows that in South Korea,residential buildings were characterized by building and envelope structure,and public buildings were featured by lighting energy saving and energy tracking record,while China was focused more on heating ventilation and air conditioning systems,in particular on the selection and optimization of equipment and systems,since the weight was twice as high as South Korea's.
