摘要
本文提出节能设计是绿色建筑设计的核心之一,"被动优先"的策略契合绿色建筑节能设计因地制宜的本质追求。但是在节能设计中实际应用被动式设计策略还存在许多难点,发现和解决这些难点成为发展绿色建筑的关键问题,也是本文研究的核心问题。总结应用难点,寻找相应的解决对策,最终形成整合"被动优先"策略的设计流程是本文的研究思路。本文以中新天津生态城国家动漫产业综合示范园区低能耗动漫研发中心楼方案设计为例,分析区域环境自然条件,确定绿色建筑设计策略,对项目适用性技术进行整合,对绿色建筑被动式节能设计为主的方面进行深化设计,以期能够利用"被动优先"的策略降低建筑的能耗,到达优化绿色建筑节能的目的。
This paper presented that energy-saving design was one of the cores of green building design,and"passive priority"strategy fit in with the idea of adaptation to local conditions advocated by energy-saving green building. However,in practice there are still lots of difficulties in applying passive design strategies to energy saving design. To find and solve these difficulties has become a key issue in the development of green building energy-saving design,and the core issue of this study. The idea of research in this paper is to summarize the difficulties,to develop corresponding solutions,and ultimately form a design flow for the integration of "passive first" strategies. Taking the building design of the low-energy animation RD center in the comprehensive demonstration district of national animation industry in Tianjin Eco-city for example,this paper analyzed the natural conditions of the region,determined a green building design strategy,integrated the technologies suitable for the project,and further designed the passive energy saving in green building,in hope of reducing the building energy consumption by "passive priority"strategies to achieve the goal of optimizing green building energy saving.
