摘要 随着光伏发电系统等新能源接入电网,在改变电网的拓扑结构同时,电能输出特性也会影响到电力系统电能质量问题。为了保障电网的安全稳定运行,该光伏发电系统各项电能质量需满足国家标准。以沈阳农业大学0.38 kV电压等级的分布式光伏发电系统为研究对象,主要对光伏系统中的电能质量的谐波、电压偏差、三相不平衡进行分析。理论上分析了傅里叶变换,组、子组算法电能质量的特征。对测试结果进行评估并对比在功率不同时电能质量的差异,分析造成差异的原因。通过测试可知,采用的分析方法能够检测电能质量的各项指标,从而为电能质量的各项参数指标提供可靠数据。 With more new energy sources such as photovoltaic power generation systems connected to the power grid,the grid topology is changed and the power quality of the system is affected by the power output characteristics.To ensure the safe and stable operation of the power grid,the power quality of the photovoltaic power generation system should meet the related national standards.With the 0.38 kV class of distributed photovoltaic power generation system of Shenyang Agricultural University as the research object,this paper examines the harmonic,voltage deviation and three—phase imbalance of the system.Theoretical analysis is performed on the Fourier transform and characteristics of the power quality in the group and subgroup algorithms.The result of the test is evaluated and the power quality deviations under different powers are compared and the reasons of the deviations are explored.The test suggests that the analysis method adopted in the paper can detect all indexes of the power quality,thereby providing reliable data for all the parameters of the power quality.
