摘要
肝窦内皮细胞(liver sinusoidal endothelial cells,LSEC)是肝血窦内一种高度分化的细胞类型,它在肝纤维化的发生、发展中具有重要作用,LSEC功能障碍被认定是多种肝脏疾病的关键因素。目前国内外关于肝纤维化研究主要集中在抑制肝星状细胞(hepatic stellate cells,HSC)活化和加速细胞外基质(extracellular matrix,ECM)水解上,而对LSEC结构和功能在肝纤维化中的作用研究较少。本文就肝纤维化发展中LSEC通过其独特的结构、分泌相关细胞因子和调控HSC的活化等参与肝纤维化过程的研究成果进行总结,综述了近年来关于LSEC对肝纤维化影响及其调控机制的研究进展。
Liver sinusoidal endothelial cell(LSEC)is a highly differentiated cell type in the liver blood sinus. It plays an important role in the development of liver fibrosis. LSEC dysfunction has been considered as a key event in multiple liver disorders. At present,the studies on hepatic fibrosis in the domesticand abroad are mainly focused on the inhibition of hepatic stellate cell(HSC)activation and accelerating the hydrolysis of extracellular matrix(ECM),and the role of LSEC structure and function in liver fibrosis is seldom studied. In this paper,we summarize the research progress of LSEC in the development of hepatic fibrosis,and the research progress of LSEC on hepatic fibrosis in recent years.
