摘要
为解决Φ100mm规格GCr15SiMn轴承钢棒出现的内裂缺陷问题,通过分析生产条件、环境情况,并对代表性样品进行理化检验,分析了该轴承钢棒内部裂纹形成的原因。结果表明:受空气潮湿、原材料潮湿、连铸坯高温热送热装、轧材下线温度低等因素的综合影响,GCr15SiMn轴承钢棒产品生产过程中内应力过大,在入缓冷坑时热应力和组织应力集中释放,从而导致内部裂纹的产生。最后针对内裂产生的原因提出了改进措施,最大限度地降低了轴承钢棒中内部裂纹的产生。
In order to solve the problem of internal crack defect of Φ100 mm OCr15SiMn bearing steel bars, the production conditions, environmental conditions and physical and chemical properties of the products were analyzed. The results show that comprehensive influence of the factors such as air moisture, raw material moisture, high temperature heat transfer of continuous casting slab, low temperature of rolled wire and so on, caused the internal stress of the C, CrlSSiMn bearing steel bars was too large in the production process. The concentration release of the thermal stress and microstructure stress in the slow cooling pit led to the generation of internal cracks. Finally, the improvement measures were put forward for the causes of the internal cracks, and the internal cracks in the bearing steel bars were reduced greatly.
