大型定制式区域教师(MPOC)在线培训模式是"MOOC"在教师教育领域的进化形态,它由区域教育行政定制模块、参训教师个体定制模块、培训团队决策模块、培训数据处理模块组成。大规模与定制的有效结合体现在情境化资源、高效服务、数据分析支撑的敏捷化课程实施中,这一过程具有高度灵活和柔性特征,存在协同、调整、预测三种定制方式。区域教育行政与参训教师个体双层定制是MPOC的核心,体现为教育行政部门课程供给与教师需求有效对接,这一模式在"泰州师说"培训项目中得到初步验证,MPOC是当下教师培训领域供给侧结构性改革的先锋。
