摘要 目前,基于网络平台的远程培训方式已经成为促进中小学教师专业发展的重要途径。该文依托"国培计划"中小学教师信息技术应用能力提升相关培训项目,通过对中小学教师信息技术应用能力培训现状与需求分析,从"构建远程协作培训体系,创新远程培训管理模式""构建远程协作培训思路,创新远程培训实施路径""直面远程培训目标,创新远程培训实施策略""远程培训评价与激励机制创新""训后可持续机制建立的思考"等五个角度阐述关于提高远程培训有效性的思考与方法,为网络平台远程培训提供了可借鉴、能复制、易操作的经验指南。 Distance Training based on online platforms has already become a major path to help developing the professional capacity of primary and middle school teachers. This paper originates from the "National Training Plan" Project. Through analyzing the current status and need of ICT application for primary and middle school teachers, this paper shares reflection and ways of improving efficiency of distance training through five viewpoints: "developing distance cooperative training system and innovating management mode of distance training" "developing distance cooperative training thread and innovating implementing path of distance training" "facing the goal of distance training and innovating implementing strategy of distance training" "evaluation and encouraging mechanism innovation", and "reflection on post-training sustainable mechanism", and thus provides replicable referential experience to distance training based on online platforms.
