摘要
伴随着信息时代的发展,大数据已经渗透到每一个行业与领域,高等院校也不例外。高校师资队伍建设的优劣决定了高校人才培养质量的高低。如何在大数据时代科学利用源于高校各个层面的海量数据,并使之成为高校师资队伍建设的参考与方向,是众多高校需要解决的问题。该文在解读大数据概念及其特征的基础上,详细分析了大数据时代高校师资队伍管理面临的机遇与挑战;根据高校师资队伍的相关数据统计,分析了目前高校师资队伍建设中所存在的问题,并提出了加强高校师资队伍建设的相关对策;以大数据技术支持下的审核式评估为例,着重阐述了大数据在高校师资管理中的典型应用,以期为高校师资队伍建设与发展找到一条符合大数据时代特点的有效途径。
With the development of the information age, Big Data has penetrated into every industry and field, and universities are no exception. The pros or cons of University Faculty's Construction 0JFC) determines the quality of university students in high or low level. How to use the huge amounts of data from colleges and universities at all levels scientifically, and making it as a reference and direction of UFC, is the key problem that many colleges and universities need to solve. This paper, on the basis of the interpretation of Big Data concept and its characteristics, analyzes the opportunities and challenges of University Faculty Management (UFM) in Big Data Era. Then, based on the statistics of University Faculty, it analyzes the main problems of UFC and proposes the correspondingly effective measures of UFC. What's more, taking Auditing Evaluation supported by Big Data as an example, it focuses on the typical application of Big Data in UFM. Accordingly, it aims to find an effective way for UFC which meets the need of Big Data Era.
