临夏州人民医院是一所扎根边远贫困少数民族地区,集医疗、教学、科研、急救、预防、保健和康复为一体的综合性三级乙等医院。1949年9月,临夏军管会接收临夏县政府卫生院,医院改名为临夏分区人民卫生院;1950年6月,分区医院分为临夏县、临夏市两个卫生院,7月临夏市卫生院改由临夏专署隶属,仍称临夏分区人民卫生院,工作人员30人,病床6张;1952年，
By expounding the formation and development of mobile health service at home and abroad, the article firstly introduced its main application fields; and then analyzed some deficiencies in mobile medical service in China at present, such as problems of the reliability of health data, the security of online consulting, the physician qualification authentication of online medicine practicing, the definition of legal responsibility between doctors and patients and so on; finally the corresponding solutions were discussed from the perspective of supervision, law and policy.
