摘要
目的了解县级医院医生遭受医院工作场所暴力的流行特征并分析原因,提出相应的防范策略,降低医院工作场所暴力事件的发生。方法使用自拟问卷对我国东、中、西部地区共90所县级医院进行问卷调查,其中有效问卷5 842份,有效收回率为81.91%。结果县级医院医生暴力总发生率为69.38%;logistic回归分析结果显示,医生的性别、年龄、教育程度、月平均收入、所在科室与工作年限是医院工作场所暴力的影响因素。结论暴力的发生率偏高(主要特征),建议相关部门加大对医院工作场所暴力的干预,维护医院正常秩序,为医生提供良好的工作环境。
Objective To understand the epidemic characteristics and analyze the causes of workplace violence of the doctors in county-level hospitats, and put forward the corresponding preventive strategies to prevent and reduce the occurrence of workplace violence. Methods Using self-designed questionnaires to collect the data from 90 county-level hospitals in China's eastern, central and western regions, and a total of 5 842 valid questionnaires were collected and effective recovery rate was 81.91 %. Results The total incidence rate of workplace violence was 69.38% in county-level hospitals; logistic regression analysis showed that the doctors' gender, age, education level, monthly income, the department and work experience were the influencing factors of workplace violence. Conclusion The overall incidence rate of workplace violence is relatively high. It is suggested that the relevant departments should increase the intervention strategies for the workplace violence in hospitals and maintain the normal order of the hospital, to provide a good working environment for doctors.
