摘要
基于某汽车车身有限元建模,首先将CATIA建立的汽车车身几何模型导入到hypermesh中,再利用hypermesh强大的前处理功能研究了几何清理、分特征2D网格划分、网格质量调整、不能抽取中面情况下的网格划分等主要问题。重点介绍了汽车车身的几种典型结构特征,根据不同的结构特征布置不同的网格,完成了汽车车身的较高质量的2D网格划分,同时提出一种hypermesh误操作后恢复的方法,为复杂的车身有限元建模思路提供了很好的参考。
Modeling based on some automotive body finite element,first put automotive body geometric into hypermesh by CATIA,and then use strength pretreatment function of hyperlnesh to research geometric cleaning,componential features 2D meshing,mesh quality adjustment,meshing under can not extract middle surface and main issue.Mainly introduce several kinds of typical structure features of automotive body, according to different structure characteristic distribution of different meshing,finish higher quality 2D meshing division of automotive body,meanwhile put forward a kind of error operation recover method of hypermesh, provide good referrence for complex body finite element modeling thinking.
