摘要
针对立式圆锥核桃破壳装置,分析了立式圆锥破壳体转速与"温185"核桃破壳效果间的关系。设计了核桃破壳效果评价方法,采用了3种不同转速进行了核桃破壳效果试验。试验结果表明,立式圆锥破壳体转速处于1 300转/min对"温185"核桃具有较好的加工适应性,破壳效果良好。
In order to study the relationship bewteen the rotation rate of the walnut cracking device based on extrusion fric- tion cone mechanism and effect of walnut shell cracking, three kinds of rotation rate were adopted to the experiment of wal- nut cracking. An evaluation method was designed to estimate the effect of walnut shell cracking. The test result showed that the walnut has better processing adaptability and cracking effcet when the the rotation rate of the walnut cracking device was at 1300r/min.
