文中通过《新疆农业机械化统计年报》,从农业机械化生产和农机配套等方面分析了新疆北疆地区农机化发展现状、有利条件及存在的问题,为北疆地区今后农业机械化的发展提供了指导意见。

In order to rise directive opinions for further development of agricultural mechanization in northern Xinjiang, this text analyzes the present development situation of agricultural mechanization, the adventages and the existing problems in northern Xinjiang from mechanized production and agricultural mechinery matching accroding to ＂Statistical Yearbook of a- gricultural mechanization in Xinjiang＂.
