摘要
结合沪昆客专杭长段醴陵特大桥岩溶发育区桩基穿越大型溶洞施工实践,详细介绍了采用片石、黏土、碎石及化工材料回填溶腔,使用CZ-8型冲击式钻机冲击成孔,辅以加强型泥浆、注浆等技术措施,并结合每个桩位的具体溶腔大小、充填物岩层性质,采用不同工艺,较好地解决了斜岩偏孔、卡钻等技术难题,成功穿越了大型重叠串珠式溶洞等不良地质。
Based on the practical construction of the pile foundation passing through large-scale karst cave of Liling Extralarge Bridge in Hangzhou-Changsha Section of Shanghai-Kunming Passenger Dedicated Railway,this article elaborates several technical measures such as rubble,clay,macadam and chemical material backfilling,pore-forming with CZ-8 impacted drilling machine,supplemented by reinforced slurry and grouting.And different technologies are adopted based on sizes of karst chamber sand the filling rock properties on every pile location.A series of technical difficulties including inclined hole,driller jamming are resolved properly.And the unfavorable geology of large-scale of overlapping string karst cave is passed successfully.
