高支墩组合支架法现浇梁在泉三高速的应用 被引量:5

摘要 结合以往施工经验及现场实际情况,在山区高速公路出入口的互通匝道桥施工中,由于地理位置的特殊性,需要将高速公路主干道和既有地方道路进行衔接,而匝道桥的纵横坡度较大,无法采用挂篮的施工工艺进行梁板的施工,只能采用传统的现浇梁施工工艺。以福建泉三高速安溪枢纽互通区为例,介绍了该桥在施工过程中,采用高支墩组合支架法进行现浇梁的施工,将以往的满堂钢管支架法取而代之,取得了较好的经济效益和时间效益。 According to the previous construction experience and the circumstance in the field,in the construction of interchange ramp bridge around the entrance to the highway of a mountainous area,we need to join the highway main road and the existing local ways due to the special geographical position.But the vertical and horizontal gradient of the ramp bridge is too big for using the hanging basket to build the beam and slab.Instead,traditional cast-in-situ beam process can only be the solution.Taking the Anxi Hub interchange area construction of Quansan Highway in Fujian Province as an example,it illustrates the high pier composite scaffolds applied in cast-in-situ beam process,which replaces the previous full framing scaffolds and obtains good economic and time benefits.
