摘要
D型便梁在既有线施工过程中已得到广泛的应用,采用D便梁架空线路的目的是确保既有线不中断行车的条件下保证桥涵开挖施工。其中曲线段因超高控制、架设难度、安全控制等方面高要求为D便梁架空作业的重难点。以万源站改造项目为例,对D型便梁的选型和配置计算进行分析,并阐述施工的技术细节,包括施工方法、施工重点、监测及安全保障措施。可为类似的工程提供施工经验。
D-type temporary beam has been widely used in the construction of the existing railway,D-type temporary beam for overhead rails is designed to ensure that the smoothly excavation of bridge and culvert without interrupting existing line.The key and difficult points of D-type temporary beam overhead is due to superelevation control,the difficulty of erecting and safety control requirements of the curve section.Taking the renovation project of Wanyuan Railway Station as an example,this paper analyzes the selection of and arrangement calculation of D-type temporary beam and expounds the technical details,including construction method,key construction points,monitoring and safety guarantee measures.It can provide experiences for similar engineering construction.
