摘要
随着城市现代化进程的不断发展,城市轨道交通隧道穿越既有桥梁的情形越来越多,隧道施工时既要保证桥梁能够正常使用,又要确保工程顺利开展,而隧道开挖产生的地层变形和应力释放必然会对既有桥梁产生扰动,从而威胁桥梁的使用和安全,因此,探究采用合理防护措施和正确的隧道施工方法非常重要。本文结合莞惠城际轨道东江隧道下穿古塘坳互通立交桥工程,分析了该工程的施工难点和存在的主要风险,制定了合理可行的施工方案,采取基础加固以及弱振动爆破等技术安全顺利地完成了施工,解决了施工难题,可为同类工程提供借鉴。
With the development of urban modernization,there are more and more urban railway system tunnels under crossing the existing overpass.Both the normal use of the overpass and the smoothly development of the construction needs to be insured when the tunnel constructed.The stratum deformation and stress relief from the tunnel excavation will cause the overpass disturbance to threaten its use and security.So,it is very important to research the reasonable safeguard procedures and right tunnel construction method.This paper analyzes the construction difficulties and existing risks of the project of Dongjiang Tunnel of the Dongguan-Huizhou Intercity Railway which goes underneath the Gutangao Interchange,formulates feasible construction scheme,successfully completes the construction with foundation reinforcement and weak-vibration blasting,solves the construction puzzle and provides references for similar projects.
