摘要
结合呼和浩特至准格尔铁路工程螺杆桩实际施工,采用现场试验和模型数据理论分析相结合的研究方法,重点研究了盐渍土地区螺杆桩的施工关键技术和承载受力特性,总结了施工工艺和技术参数,分析了螺杆桩的承载机理和路基沉降速率,形成了螺杆桩在盐渍土地区铁路地基处理的成套施工技术。通过研究发现螺杆桩具有承载力高、沉降率低、成桩效率高、经济效益显著等诸多特点,充分体现了这种新型桩在铁路地基处理中推广应用的优势。
Combined with practical construction of screw pile from Hohhot to Zhunger Railway Engineering,key construction techniques and bearing behaviors of railway foundation treatment with screw pile in saline soil area are mainly researched by combining field test and theoretical analysis of numerical simulation.The construction technology and technical parameters are summarized and bearing mechanism of screw pile and settlement rate of subgrade are analyzed,which is beneficial to the formation of the complete set of construction technology of railway foundation treatment with screw pile in saline soil area.Based on the research,it is found that the screw pile has many characteristics such as high bearing capacity,low sedimentation rate,high efficiency of forming pile and remarkable economic benefits,which fully reflects the application advantages of this new style pile in railway foundation treatment.
