洗浴设施创新研发对卧床病人照护者生活健康促进探讨

The development of an assistive technology-bathing system in nursery institutions for long-term bedridden patients

目的研发便利、可近性高的卧床病人洗浴设施,提高病人个人清洁效率,促进照护相关人员生活健康。方法通过1年多对病房及居家护理、居家照护服务的观察和对工作和照护人员访问,创新研发卧床病人的洗浴设施。2014年底初步产品化,申请专利、批量生产、媒体公开营销;2015年对20位使用者深入观察访谈或电话访问。结果研发的保洁床具备经济、降低体力与时间消耗、减少职业伤害、轻巧方便、使用者乐于使用的特性,达到研发目标。保洁床实现卧床与洗浴设施为一体,使用时不必搬动病人,可提高病人的洗浴舒适度、节约时间,降低使用者的职业伤害,使用者的心理感受等均有正向效果。结论创新研发的保洁床可显著促进卧床病人和照护者的生活健康,但仍有改善空间。

objective To development the convenient technology-bathing system in nursery institutions for long-term bedridden patients and improve efficiency of patient cleaning and caregiver＇s quality of life.Methods Through more than one year observation and interview in wards and home care services caregivers,assistive technology-bathing system was invented,and application for patent,mass production and media publication were carried out in December2014.Totally 20 users were interviewed by questionnaire or telephone in 2015.Results The assistive technologybathing system showed characteristics of reducing physical strength and time consumption,lightweight,convenient and like to use for the users,and the development goals achieved.The product combined patient＇s bed with bathing equipment to achieve as a whole system,without moving the patient,improving comfortable feeling,saving time,reducing the user＇s occupational injuries and so on.Conclusion Innovative assistive technology-bathing system can significantly facilitate patients and caregivers of healthy living,but there exist room for its improvement.
