摘要
工会劳动法律监督制度作为社会劳动法律监督体系的组成部分,在维护职工切身利益以及和谐劳动关系的形成上发挥着重要作用。该制度的构建尽管已经取得明显进步,但仍然存在法律体系不完善、组织体系不成熟以及有效监督机制尚未形成等问题。经济新常态的到来、依法治国的全面推进以及和谐劳动关系构建都为工会劳动法律监督制度提出了更高的要求。运用法治思维提供有效的制度供给,完善工会劳动法律监督的组织建设,创新其监督机制和工作方式是当前工会加强劳动法律监督的重要途径。
Being part of social labor supervision system, labor law supervision system of trade unions plays an important role in safeguarding the vital interests of workers and in the formation harmonious labor relations. Though having made obvious progress, construction of the system still exists problems like imperfect legal system, immature organization system, not yet formed supervi- sion mechanism, and etc. "New Normal", "Rule of Law", "Building Harmonious Labor Relations" put forward higher request to labor law supervision system of trade unions. And to strengthen the labor law supervision system of trade unions, there are several important ways, including system supplies under legal thinking, perfection of its organization and innovation of the supervision mechanisms and operation mode.
