摘要
就业歧视是中国劳动力市场上长期存在的普遍现象。通过对2002年、2007年及2013年的招聘广告样本进行内容分析,统计我国劳动力市场上就业歧视的现况及其趋势,研究结果表明,进入新世纪以来,招聘广告中出现雇佣歧视要求的比例并未明显下降,我国劳动力市场的就业歧视现象依然严峻。
Employment discrimination is a long-standing phenomenon in China's labor market. Through analyzing the contents of recruiting advertisements in 2002, 2007, and 2013, and statistically analyzing the trend of employment discrimination in them, it is found that the proportions of discriminate requirements in recruiting advertisements do not decline significantly, and the phenom- enon of employment discrimination in China's labor market is still severe.
