加强街道(镇)工会建设 进一步夯实工会组织基础——南京市街道(镇)工会工作调研报告

街道(镇)工会是工会组织体系中承上启下的一个重要环节。为进一步落实习总书记"三个着力"的重要批示精神,南京市总工会近期开展了街道(镇)工会工作调研,针对街道(镇)工会存在的问题,协调市委办公厅转发《关于进一步加强全市街道(镇)工会建设的实施意见》,着力破解制约街道(镇)工会发展的人、财、物等问题,明确提出2016年底前,全市各街道(镇)全部成立总工会,并以"四个一"为基本模式,着力加强街道(镇)工会干部队伍建设。积极围绕打造服务型工会,切实加强职工服务阵地建设。

As a connecting link between the upper and the lower in the organizational system of trade unions, subdistrict trade u- nions （ trade unions in township） are of great importance. To further implement the important instructions of ＂Three Points＂ made by the General Secretary Xi Jinping, Nanjing Municipal Federation of Trade Unions surveyed the trade union work of subdistricts and towns, aiming to deal with the key factors that limit the development of subdistrict trade unions （ trade unions in township） . And it calls on the subdistricts over Nanjing establish general trade unions before the end of 2016 and stresses that subdistrict trade unions （trade unions in township） should focus on the construction of trade union cadres and positively build up service-typed trade unions.
