摘要 为丰富装配式建筑的理论研究,规避和降低风险,就其全寿命周期的决策、设计、构件生产和运输、施工、运营5个阶段进行分析,采用文献研读、实地调研和专家访谈法构建装配式建筑的风险清单,并运用熵权法识别各阶段的关键风险因素,以期为装配式建筑的风险评价与管理提供参考,同时为装配式建筑的风险因素识别提供以熵权法为基础的定量分析方法。 In order to enrich the theoretical research of the prefabricated construction,avoid and reduce risks,authors analyze the whole life cycle that includes the decision-making,design,component production and transportation,construction,operation stage and build the risk list by the way of literature study,on-the-spot investigation and expert interview. Then,the paper chooses the entropy method to identify the key risk factors of each stage so as to provide certain reference for the risk evaluation and management of the prefabricated construction. At the same time,it can provide a quantitative analysis method that is based on entropy method in order to identify risk factors of the prefabricated construction.
