摘要
对O2O商业地产经营模式的含义和沈阳市商业地产的现状以及当前传统商业地产的不足之处进行了阐析。从用户、环境、成本方面分析了O2O商业地产经营模式的优势,并从风险、人员管理方面分析了其劣势。从竞争、数据处理、安全性能方面分析了其面临的挑战。在上述分析和论证的基础上,对采用O2O商业地产经营模式提出了对策和建议。
This paper describes the meaning of O2 O commercial real estate business model,the current status of commercial real estate in China,and shortcomings of traditional commercial real estate. The advantages of O2 O commercial real estate business model are analyzed from the aspects of user,environment and cost while the disadvantages of O2 O commercial real estate business model are analyzed from the risk and personnel management. And it analyzes challenges from the aspects of competition,data processing and security. Based on the above analysis and demonstration,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to use O2 O commercial real estate business model.
