摘要
从教师培训工作的角度,指出了凸显教师主体性的必要性,阐释了教师主体性的内涵特点,分析了我国教师培训的现状,从树立正确的教师主体性培训观念、明确教师主体性培训目标、强化凸显教师主体性的教师培训管理措施三个方面提出了凸显教师主体性的教师培训对策。
It is necessary to highlight teacher subjectivity in teaching staff training. This paper is intended to interpret the connotation and characteristics of teacher subjectivity,analyze the current situation of teacher training,and put forward the training strategies in terms of building up concepts,setting up objectives and strengthening management measures.
