腹腔镜根治术与常规开腹手术治疗早期胃癌的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of laparoscopic radical operation and conventional open surgery in the treatment of early gastric cancer

目的：探析常规开腹手术与腹腔镜根治术治疗早期胃癌的临床效果。方法选择2012年1月至2013年1月太原（钢铁）集团有限公司总医院收治的早期胃癌患者74例为研究对象，将其随机分为两组，各37例。其中对照组行常规开腹手术，而观察组则行腹腔镜根治术，对比分析两组治疗效果。结果观察组的并发症发生率为2.70%，明显低于对照组的16.22%，组间对比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；同时，观察组的恢复胃肠功能时间、留置导尿管时间以及住院时间分别为（3.0±0.7）、（2.9±0.8）、（14.2±1.2）d，明显少于对照组的（4.2±2.1）、（4.5±1.5）、（17.4±2.4）d，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；但是两组的淋巴结清扫数量和手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论与常规开腹手术相比，腹腔镜根治术治疗早期胃癌具有创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等诸多优点，是安全、有效的一种术式。

Objective To explore the conventional laparotomyand laparoscopic radical prostatectomy clinical effect for the treatment of early gastric cancer. Methods From January 2012-January 2013 treated 74 cases of early gastric cancer patients as the research object in the General Hospital of Tisco Affiliated to Shanxi Medical University, and randomly divided into two groups, the control group conventional laparotomy, while the observation group line of laparoscopic radical prostatectomy, compared two groups of therapeutic effect. Results The incidence of complications of observation group was 2.70%, significantly lower than the control group 16.22%, comparing differences between group significantly （P〈0.05）;At the same time, the observation group of gastrointestinal function recovery time, indwelling catheter time and length of hospital stay, respectively （3.0±0.7）, （2.9±0.8）, （14.2±1.2）d, significantly lower than the control group （4.2±2.1）,（4.5±1.5）,（17.4±2.4） d the more significant difference between groups （P〈0.05）; But two groups the number of lymph node cleaning and operation time was no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Compared with the conventional laparotomy, laparoscopic radical treatment of early gastric cancer has small trauma, rapid recovery, fewer complications, and many other advantages, is a kind of safe and effective operation.
