零售药店ADR报告和监测体系建设探讨

Investigation on Development of Adverse Drug Reaction( ADR ) Reporting and Monitoring System in Retail Pharmacies

目的探讨在零售药店建立完善、有效的ADR报告和监测体系的必要性和方法。方法对零售药店的现状及省和国家ADR报告来源进行分析,提出零售药店ADR报告和监测体系建设的要点。结果我国零售药店在ADR/E报告和监测中所起的作用与其所占的药品市场份额以及医改赋予的责任严重不符。结论在我国零售药店建立完善、有效的ADR报告和监测体系是可行并迫切的。

OBJECTIVE To investigate the necessity and way on developing the effectively improved Adverse Drug Reaction（ ADR） reporting and monitoring system in the retail pharmacies. METHODS The current situation of the retail pharmacies and the source of ADR reporting in the province / country were analyzed and the significance of development on ADR reporting and monitoring system was demonstrated. RESULTS The role of ADR / E reporting and monitoring system was seriously inconsistent with the medicine market share and responsibility of health care reform in the retail pharmacies of our country. CONCLUSION It is feasible and urgent to develop an effectively improved ADR reporting and monitoring system in the retail pharmacies of our country.
