The Belt and Road Initiatives and a New Pattern of China's Foreign Direct Investment

本文从改革开放以来我国开放发展的特征比较入手,首先分析了"一带一路"倡议下我国第四波开放浪潮的三大特征,随后从投资规模、世界排名、全球化广度和参与主体多个视角论证了金融危机后中国对外直接投资快速崛起的发展动态,揭示了中国对外直接投资面临的困难和不足,继而重点探讨了"一带一路"倡议下中国对外直接投资步入新阶段的发展格局,即以"一带一路"为空间载体的国际投资流将突破传统国际直接投资的"大三角"结构;以基础设施投资为先导的国际投资流将带动优势产能与基础产能互补合作的新模式;以人民币资产为依托的国际投资流将助力中国资本的国际循环和以政策沟通和民心相通为支撑的国际投资流将开创利益共享的新局面。

This paper proceeds with a comparison of the characteristics of China's opening up and development since the reform and opening up,firstly by an analysis of the three characteristics of the fourth wave of China's opening up under the Belt and Road Initiatives,secondly by expounding the developmental dynamics of a rapid rise of China's foreign direct investment after the financial crisis from the multiple perspectives such as investment scale,world rankings,breadth of globalization,and participating actors,revealing the difficulties and deficiencies faced by China's foreign direct investment. And then it focuses on an discussion on the development pattern in which China's foreign direct investment is entering into a new phase under the initiative of Belt and Road Initiatives,that is,the international investment flows with the Belt and the Road as their spatial vehicle will break through the traditional 'big triangular'structure of the international direct investment; the infrastructure investment-led international investment flows will drive a new pattern in which the advantageous production capacity and the basic production capacity can complement each other; the international investment flows based on RMB assets will help the international circulation of China 's capital,and the international investment flows supported by policy communication and connection to people's mind will create a new situation of shared interests.
