摘要探讨了电子期刊长期保存方案的几个基本问题,比较分析了四个全球比较著名的保存方案特征以及对常见访问事件的处理方法,探讨了一个完善的保存方案中各利益相关方应承担的基本职责,以期为图书馆等机构制定电子期刊长期保存方案所参考。 This article discusses several fundamental problems of long-term preservation solution of e-journals, comparatively analyzes the features of four global famous preservation solutions and methods of dealing with the common access events, and discusses basic duties of the beneficiaries in a perfect solution. The above research is to provide references for the long-term preservation solution design of e-journal for institutions such as libraries.
