摘要
"互联网+"时代,社会、经济和文化发展呼唤网络化、知识化解决方案。本文创新提出知识互联网(Io K)、人际互联网(Io P)和服务互联网(Io S)等一系列概念并加以详细描述。通过内容和知识互联服务,将分散的资源组织转化为特定的知识资产,创建以公共数字图书馆为核心的、支持知识密集型产业增长的理想生态系统——图书馆主动知识服务创新平台,以促进知识分享和创新,适应"互联网+"时代的需求。
Social, economic and cultural development need the solutions based on the network and knowledge in Internet＋ era.This article presents a series of concepts of Internet of Knowledge（Io K）, Internet of People（Io P）, Internet of Services（Io S） and describes the concepts in details. It organizes and transforms the scattered resource into a specific knowledge asset through content and knowledge Internet service. Taking the public digital library as core, it creates an ideal ecosystem which can support the growth of knowledge intensive industry — the library initiative knowledge service innovation platform in order to promote knowledge sharing and innovation, and to meet the needs of the Internet＋ era.
