摘要
根据大量现有基桩竖向抗拔静载荷试验、单桩竖向抗压静载荷中的锚桩法试验,针对所需的传力抗拉钢筋焊接时遇到的不垂直、钢筋受力不均匀以及焊接效率低等问题,研制并试制出一种基桩抗拔试验用的由轮辐式、连接体传力马鞍及可调节高度螺杆所组成的组合传力装置,通过工程的试用,该装置设计合理,现场安装方便,能有效解决锚桩受拉钢筋的垂直受力问题,通过螺杆和马鞍的连接可快速进行轮辐式连接体与反力梁的高度调节,连接装置可重复利用,锚桩钢筋与轮辐式连接体的连接采用嵌入轮辐式导槽绑搭接焊的墩头来传递抗拉力,能够做到抗拉钢筋均匀受力,装置可用于单桩抗拔以及锚桩法等多种抗拔试验需求的场合。
Based on a lot of existing vertical uplift pile static load test and single method of anchor pile in the pile vertical compressive static load test,the force needed for the tensile steel welding is not vertical,steel bar stress encountered in the process of uneven and welding efficiency is low,a kind of pile pull-out test with a hub-and-spoke connection body and dowel saddle,adjustable height of screw combination force transmission device,was developed and manufactured.Through several engineering trial,the equipment design is reasonable,installation is convenient,and it can effectively solve the vertical stress of steel anchor pile.The screw and the connection of the saddle can rapidly connect spokes to the body and height adjustment of reaction beamt,connection device can be reused.Anchor pile reinforcement and hub-and-spoke connection body connection using embedded hub-and-spoke lap welding guide to the pier head to pass tensile resistance,can force,tensile reinforcement uniform device can meet many kinds of pull-out test requirements for uplifting the single pile and anchor pile method,and so on.
